DatV Technologies is a founder-led technology company.
I’m Tim Ellerbe, founder of DatV. For more than 15 years, I’ve supported people, led IT operations, strengthened infrastructure and security, and connected technology to real business needs.
At Ring Therapeutics, I managed IT operations spanning infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, access, vendors, and user support. My experience in biotechnology and financial services reflects the rigor I bring—not a limit on who DatV serves.
Today, every DatV engagement is led directly by me. Clients receive experienced guidance, clear communication, and personal accountability from the person responsible for the work. As DatV grows, those expectations will remain embedded in how the company operates through DatV’s five principles.
DatV is pronounced “Dat V.” The name began with my five children: D for my daughters Denyjah and Deja, A for my sons Aiden and Azani, T for my daughter Timmy, and V—the Roman numeral five—for all five together.
That meaning now lives in DatV’s five principles: a standard for building technology that is thoughtful, useful, adaptable, responsive, and dependable.
